NEW YORK, March 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP (www.hfesq.com) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of JDA Software Group, Inc. ("JDA" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: JDAS), concerning whether the board has breached its fiduciary duties to shareholders.

On January 31, 2011, JDA announced that it had received a Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") request to review "information related to revenue recognition and other accounting and financial reporting matters for certain past fiscal years."  Then, on March 15, 2012, JDA disclosed that it had delayed filing for its 2011 Form 10-K due to the SEC inquiry.  Additionally, the Company stated that it had engaged outside counsel and an accounting firm to review "the application of its revenue-recognition policies and other accounting matters."

Our investigation concerns whether the JDA board of directors has breached its fiduciary duties to shareholders, grossly mismanaged the Company, and/or committed abuses of control in connection with the foregoing.
