Mr. Sachs-Michaels represents plaintiffs in state and federal courts nationwide. His practice focuses on shareholder class and derivative actions on behalf of shareholders and consumers. Mr. Sachs-Michaels' efforts have helped to secure tens of millions of dollars in recoveries on behalf of companies and shareholders. Examples include Bangari v. Mr. Sachs-Michaels has been an associate of the firm since 2011 when he graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.  While in law school, Mr. Sachs-Michaels served as a judicial intern to Senior United States District Judge Thomas J. McAvoy in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and was a member of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution.
