On August 30, 2016, the Company disclosed that it would be unable to timely file its form 10-K for 2016 due to an "incident of misappropriation of corporate funds by an employee." 

On November 11, 2016, the Company disclosed that it would also be unable to timely file its Form 10-Q for the first quarter of fiscal 2017 due to potential revenue recognition errors.
