On October 24, 2016, the Company disclosed that it would be required to restate its previously issued financial statements for the fiscal years 2013, 2014, and 2015, and each quarterly period therein, as well as the quarterly reports issued to date during 2016.  According to the disclosure, the restatement is due to improper revenue recognition and was the result of a material weakness to the Company's internal controls.
