NEW YORK, June 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP (www.hfesq.com) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Exterran Corporation ("Exterran" or the "Company") (NYSE: EXTN), concerning whether the board has breached its fiduciary duties to shareholders.

On November 4, 2015, the Company completed its spin-off from Exterran Holdings, Inc. into an independent company with its own publicly traded stock which commenced trading at $18.00 per share. 

On April 26, 2016, the Company disclosed that it would restate its financial statements issued for the periods during 2015.  As a result the Company's previously issued financial statements should not be relied on. 

On May 24, 2016, the New York Stock Exchange notified that the Company that it may be subject to delisting due to its failure to file audited financial statements for any period of 2016 thus far.

Our investigation concerns whether the Company board of directors has breached its fiduciary duties to shareholders, grossly mismanaged the Company, and/or committed abuses of control in connection with the foregoing.
