Harwood Feffer LLP Announces Investigation of Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc.

NEW YORK, Feb. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP (www.hfesq.com) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. ("AJRD" or the "Company") (NYSE: AJRD), concerning whether the board has breached its fiduciary duties to shareholders.

On February 1, 2016, the Company disclosed that its financial statements for the full years and quarters from the first quarter of 2013 through the third quarter of 2015 need to be restated and should no longer be relied upon. The Company expects the impact of the restatement will increase its 2013 pretax loss from continuing operations by $9.5 million to $11.5 million, decrease its fiscal year 2014 pretax loss from continuing operations by $5 million to $7.25 million, and decrease the company's pretax loss from continuing operations for the nine months ended August 31, 2015 by $0.25 million to $1.0 million.

Our investigation concerns whether the Company board of directors has breached its fiduciary duties to shareholders, grossly mismanaged the Company, and/or committed abuses of control in connection with the foregoing.
